The service

imato.ai (“imato”) re-renders finished graphics — menus, posters, banners, screenshots — in the languages you select. It is provided by the operator of imato.ai (“we”). You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the rendered outputs. You confirm that you have the rights to the material you upload (including any fonts, photography and trademarks it contains). You give us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the service, including through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Credits, plans and payments

Usage is metered in credits: 1 credit = 1 image rendered in 1 language. Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and do not roll over; one-off credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — you can cancel any time from the billing page, which stops future charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. Acceptable use

Don’t upload unlawful content or content you have no rights to, and don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Translations and liability

Translations are produced by machine and can contain mistakes — review outputs before you publish them. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Ending your account

You can stop using imato at any time. To delete your account and its data, email info@imato.ai.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
