What we collect

Account metadata (email, name, avatar), your uploaded graphics, the translations we produce for you, and your glossary and translation memory entries. Images are retained for 90 days by default and can be deleted sooner from your library.

How we use it

To produce translations for you, to enforce plan quotas, to send account emails, and to improve Imato. We never sell your data, and we do not allow our AI providers to train on your images or translations (we use provider APIs that explicitly exclude training).

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. For GDPR / CCPA requests, contact privacy@imato.ai.
